PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Nolen Esparza
Nolen has been a practicing physical therapist for over 12 years and has worked in many different disciplines. In 2014, he had an opportunity to come back to his hometown of Silsbee and partner with Jerri Frazier. He now owns Frazier Physical Therapy and has partnered with Travis Briggs and Mary Maina. In Nolen’s off time, he loves to go on new adventures with his wife, Hailey, and three little girls: Joey Rae, Riley Marie, and Ava Elizabeth.
WORDS FROM NOLEN: I am so proud of what this practice has grown into. My patients and staff are truly amazing and it gives me great joy, and honor, to serve and treat the good people of Southeast Texas. I know I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for my wonderful family.

Travis Briggs
Travis is a native of Fannett. He graduated from Hamshire-Fannett High School in 2010. He is happily married with two beautiful children — a daughter and a son. He attended Lamar University when he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Nutritional Management in 2014, then again his Master of Science in Exercise Science in 2016. Travis followed his passion in physical therapy where he attended PIMA Medical Institute and obtained his Associates degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant in May 2019. He joined the Frazier Physical Therapy family in June of 2019, where he plans to grow in his knowledge and extend his education in the near future obtaining his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Travis is happily married to his beautiful wife and has a daughter and late son of 3 months. He hopes all of our patients can feel at home while here in our clinic and he strives to provide the best quality care possible while obtaining the goals our patient's strive to reach while here.

Mary Maina
Mary, a Silsbee native, graduated from Texas Women’s University with her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology in 2015. After graduation, Mary followed her loved of exercise, and pursued her PTA license at PIMA Medicine Institute in Houston, Texas. Mary joined the Frazier Physical Therapy team in 2018, serving patients of all ages. In her free time, Mary loves to play soccer and watch documentaries on Netflix.

Jaelyn Galley
As a child, you could always find Jae playing sports. She knew from a very young age that she wanted to go into a profession where she would be able to help others and being around physical activity. Jaelyn graduated from Kilgore College in 2019 with her PTA degree and she’s currently pursuing a second Associate degree to further her knowledge. Jae happily married and has two sons.

OFFICE MANAGER / BILLER
Jennifer Frazier
Jennifer grew up in Kountze, Texas — where she graduated high school in 1998. She has worked at Frazier PT since September of 2007. Jennifer handles all insurance related interests.
When Jennifer has time off, she loves spending time with her family — especially at Disney World. Jennifer and her family are apart of the Disney Vacation Club and go to the happiest place on earth a few times a year. She also loves a fresh cup of coffee and spending time with her grand-dog, Ellie, and grandchildren, Kai and Luna
FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Laci Bush
A Kountze native, Laci is married with three daughters. On her off time, you will find her in the stands cheering on her girls who are very active in different sports! On the weekends, Laci loves hunting and fishing with her family. Her favorite sport is volleyball and her favorite color is cheetah print!

Haylee Frazier
Haylee is our youngest member of Frazier PT. She graduated from Parkview High School in May of 2024. Following in her mother’s and sister’s footsteps, she started working at the family business right after graduation. Haylee wants to pursue a career in elementary education, specifically teaching kindergarten! When Haylee isn’t working, she loves spending time with her 18 month old son and her older sister, who is her best friend. Haylee is a huge fan of Harry Styles, going to Disney World, and online shopping!

Courtney Smith
Courtney, a Kountze native, graduated high school in 2016 and joined the Frazier Physical Therapy family four years later. Courtney’s favorite thing about her job is seeing the happiness on patient’s faces after finally being about to do an activity that they’ve been struggling with. She says, “It makes it all worth it.”
On her days off, Courtney loves to work out and take naps with her dog, Paisley — in that order. She also enjoys traveling all over the state attending concerts with her best friend, Shelby. Courtney is always down for iced coffee, Harry Styles, and watching Ghost Adventures with her bestie!
PHYSICAL THERAPY TECHNICIAN
Sydney McKinney
Sydney is a fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2024 and a Silsbee native. She plans on attending a DPT program to become a physical therapist and hopes to work with spinal cord injury rehabilitation patients. She enjoys spending time with her friends and playing pickleball on her days off.

Cassie Broussard
Cassie graduated college in 2023 and is ready to take steps forwarding her career and her knowledge. In her free time, she loves spending it with her family. Her hobbies include farming and crocheting.
